Adi Putra Buana went to the Gadjah Mada University for Bachelor of Law and he continued his Master of Law – LL.M at the Humboldt University of Berlin. He is a Partner Lawyer with more than 11 years of experiences as a lawyer, he is one of the most versatile lawyers in Indonesia. His practice areas in mining sector, technology sector, oil and gas sector and construction sector with his expertise including represented clients’ litigation case from negotiation with related parties by clients, mediation and conducting the work related to clients’ case in district court up to create and submit the extraordinary legal remedy in Supreme Court. He has experiences in intellectual property rights related to trademark dispute, copyrights dispute and trade issues by give the best legal advice for clients’ secure position from the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (“DJKI”) up to the court level.

Litigation case is not only his expertise, but also handling in general corporate matters such as reviewing corporate agreements and business documents, making legal opinion, giving legal advice solutions to clients for their future business concerns, handling competition law (pricing, territory distribution, discriminative, and exclusive dealing issues), legal compliance, legal due diligence and mergers and acquisitions. With his experience in a big company namely PT Xiaomi Technology, so company law or corporate matters are his daily job and definitely expertise in corporate law.

He worked at reputable law firm in Jakarta and a member of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) also a member of Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (AKPI).
