The scope of our legal services is flexible and can be modified to meet the Company’s specific needs.
The legal services which we offer are as follows
Retainer Legal Services
THEMIS LAW shall provide legal services and representation within the scope of its professional expertise to support the Company’s legal and business requirements, including retainer-based legal services. Our team regularly acts as corporate lawyer Jakarta and corporate lawyer Indonesia for domestic and international clients seeking practical, business-oriented legal solutions. The detailed scope of work and retainer fees shall be outlined in a separate THEMIS LAW Retainer Legal Services Proposal.
In addition to the agreed retainer fees, services rendered outside normal business hours, including meetings, consultations, site visits, and legal assistance, shall be subject to additional charges ranging from IDR 700,000 to IDR 2,500,000 per hour, depending on the experience and seniority of the lawyer involved.
Litigation Services
As a leading Law Firm in Indonesia, THEMIS LAW shall charge the Company a litigation fee on a per-case basis for handling dispute resolution and litigation matters, including court proceedings, police reports, mediation, arbitration, and other civil or criminal legal proceedings.
In addition to the litigation fee, a success fee may be payable upon the successful resolution of a matter or the achievement of a favorable outcome. The amount of the success fee shall be determined based on the value, complexity, and outcome of the dispute and shall be agreed upon mutually between THEMIS LAW and the Company prior to engagement.
Separate Legal Services
We also provide separate legal services which will only be provided one time to the Company without choosing retainer legal services. The separate legal services that we can provide are reviewing agreements, legal opinions, and warning letters.
